Our Registry System
We are thrilled that you have chosen Downtown Gowns for your tableware registration. Understanding how busy wedding season can be, we strive to make your experience with us as seamless as possible. Please take a moment to carefully read through the following information. We look forward to working with you!
Purchasing a Wedding Gift:
Pieces can be purchased for a registered couple through Downtown Gowns both in store and online.
In Store: If the purchased items are in stock at our store, the purchaser has the option to take them immediately or leave them for the designated host(s) to pick up. If the items are not in stock, we will order them to our store within a week of the purchase date.
Online: If purchasing online, please include the couple’s name in the comments section at checkout.
Creating Your Registry: Wedding Registries can be created both in store and online.
In Store: To create a registry in store, an appointment will be needed. To make an appointment, call our store at 770-702-0530 or visit our website at https://www.downtowngowns.us. During this appointment the couple will be able to select the items wanted on their registry. This is a wonderful option for those who would like to see the products in person. (If you choose this option, one of our consultants will also assist you in creating your registry online.)
Online: We offer a convenient online option for couples to create their registry. To get started, visit our website at https://www.downtowngowns.us and select "Tableware." You'll be directed to our tableware site, where you can explore and purchase from our various collections and create your registry. If you create your registry online, please include the contact information of your designated hosts in the provided box on the registration form. By creating a registry online, you are authorizing that you agree with all information listed on this contract.
Shopping Registries: Once a registry is created and published to our website, it can be easily viewed by friends and family. To do this, visit our website, and click “Tableware”. You will then be directed to our Tableware website, where registries can easily be searched.
Managing Your Registry: To manage your registry, please login to your account on our Tableware website. Your account will be created automatically when you set up your registry. Once logged in, you can view the purchasing status of the items on your registry.
Shipping & Pick-Up Policy: All tableware pieces purchased from Downtown Gowns, whether online or in-store, will be shipped to our location. We do not currently charge a shipping fee. Once the items arrive, a designated host can pick them up. Typically, orders arrive within two weeks, though this timeframe is subject to change.
Wedding Registry Return Policy: Wedding gifts purchased from our registry are non-returnable unless they are found to be damaged upon unboxing. Please note that we will conduct a thorough inspection for any signs of damage before the items are picked up.
